Bairet Eiter

Registered YTT 235hr Certified Yoga Teacher, Chair Yoga and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Teacher

Bairet is optimistic, patient, and empathetic and comes into this work with a deep sense of compassion and understanding without judgment, encouraging your child to be their authentic self. She has always had a love and appreciation for animals, nature and helping others since an early age. With this comes a deep sense of connection and observation to find understanding in all things. On her journey to find healing for her own mental health, Bairet has experience with anxiety, grief, body image, trauma and learning how to set personal boundaries to create a sense of safety. Bairet turned to yoga for healing, practicing for many years before completing yoga teacher training.

Registered with the Yoga Alliance, she completed her 235hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification from Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness and holds a certification in Chair Yoga through The Adventures of Super Stretch. Bairet is certified to teach Kids Yoga through Teresa Adams Yoga. Bairet approaches yoga through a trauma informed lens with an additional Trauma Sensitive Teacher Training certification through Abundant Yoga Community.

Bairet takes an individualized approach, creating an inclusive space for all bodies and believes yoga is for every-body no matter your age or abilities. Bairet helps kiddos to explore healing and support in many ways. Whether that’s through yoga games and yoga stories, finding stillness in meditation, mindful walking in nature, games or creative avenues like art. Other areas Bairet has experience in skills development for kiddos include organizational skills especially for those with ADHD, nature walks, gardening, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, arts and crafts (beads, coloring, fiber arts, clay), setting boundaries, building confidence, 5 senses awareness and skills to help with OCD.

In her free time, Bairet enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, gardening and spending time with her partner and pets. Bairet volunteers in her community to support local food access, free yoga and community gardening.
