How do we start CLTS services?
Services typically begin with a referral through your county’s CLTS program or support coordinator. If you are not sure who to contact, you can submit our Request Information form and we will help you identify next steps.

Is there a cost to families?

CLTS services are typically funded through Wisconsin’s Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program when services are authorized in the child’s plan. If you have questions about funding or any cost-sharing requirements, we recommend confirming with your county support coordinator. We’re also happy to help you understand next steps.

Yes. Families can contact us with general questions about services and availability. Services begin after a county referral and authorization.
