I’m the co-owner and Director of Operations at Thriving Beyond Boundaries. I started this agency out of a deep passion for holistic wellbeing and a genuine desire to care for and support others. I believe children are incredibly important, they are innocent, vulnerable, and deserve safe, healthy support systems that help them grow, feel understood, and thrive.

In my administrative role, I do more than hire and onboard providers, I stay involved by supporting and mentoring our team so they can deliver the best care possible. When providers feel encouraged, well-prepared, and backed by leadership, they show up with greater confidence and consistency, creating a ripple effect that supports the child and strengthens the whole family.

On a personal level, I’m a spiritual person who leads with love, kindness, and positive energy. I believe good things happen when we create healthy environments and surround children with healthy, supportive people. A child thrives best when they are supported not only through services, but through strong relationships, family involvement, and a team that truly believes in them.
